The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    No. We use specialized equipment and chemicals. All you need to do is make sure there is water access in the form of a garden hose spigot.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not clean windows in the traditional sense with a squeegie and sponge. We do, however, wash them as part of the house washing process. Dust, pollen, and dirt are removed in this process.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled. We always try to work with customers when this happens. Ideally we will rebook for another date so there is no extra fee charged.
  • Up to how many stories will you clean?
    Our equipment can reach up to 2-3 story houses. Anything above that and we will typically partner with another company with specialized equipment for taller jobs.
  • Will pressure washing damage my property?
    Believe it or not, we don't use much pressure in our brand of pressure washing! The key to a safe clean is using high volume, low pressure. Our machines may be 4,000 PSI at the hose, but when the water hits the house the pressure is very low. The idea is to get the right amount of treatment on the surface, quickly, then wash it off after a specified amount of time. High pressure allows us to get a lot of water on the house all at once so it is quick and efficient. The high pressure also allows us to safely reach high places without using ladders! No ladders means that there is low/no risk of injury or property damage.
  • Do you clean wood siding, fences, or wood decks?"
    At this time we specialize in vinyl siding and concrete/asphalt/brick. As we grow, we will expand our equipment and offerings to include wood. Wood requires specialized chemicals and equipment, and more often than not, requires refinishing or restoration.

We take card payments at the time of service online or cash in person. Checks are not accepted at this time.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, we will try to reschedule. Please make any booking changes at least 48 hours from your appointment to allow time for us to rebook your original time slot.
